Who runs this shop?

Fresh Hot Flavors is run by four artists and two fry dragons living in Dallas, Texas. You can find out more about all of us on our About Us page!

Where do these things come from?

We designed everything you see in this shop! You can see which artist is responsible for which designs in the product listings. 

Will you be at a convention near me?

I saw/purchased an item you have for sale somewhere else! What's going on with that?

We understand your confusion! Our four artists also sell things individually at conventions and online outside of Fresh Hot Flavors. 

If I have an allergy, are your items safe for me?

All of our clothing is a polyester spandex blend. We also ship from a dog-friendly home. We try to keep pets away from the merchandise, but things happen. If you have an extreme dog allergy, you may be at risk.

Shipping and Order Information

When will my item ship?

We ship items out twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. If your order contains a pre-order, it will ship when the pre-order item(s) have arrived. FHF will contact you if there are any other delays! The speed at which your items gets to you once it has shipped out is determined by the shipping option you use at checkout!

Where is my package?

When you make a purchase, you will be sent one email with your receipt and then you will receive another email that contains your tracking number once your order has been sent. If you believe your package is late or lost, please contact your local post office. If they are unable to help you, please contact us at freshhotflavors@gmail.com.

I'm from outside of the US, what about customs?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. FHF is not responsible for delays due to customs.  

What if my order is incorrect or damaged?

If your order arrives and it is damaged, or we have sent you the wrong thing, please contact us at freshhotflavors@gmail.com so that we can correct any issues. 

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We realize that shopping for clothing online can be difficult. If any clothing doesn't fit or you're otherwise unhappy with your order, you are welcome to send your item back to us for an exchange or refund. Our policies are are follows:

-Returns and exchanges-
Contact FHF within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Returns and exchanges can not be processed beyond these time limits.
-For returns-
Returned item refunds will be given minus return shipping costs and a restocking fee of $2. If not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. This will be reflected in refund amount processed.
-For exchanges-
Buyers are responsible for shipping on exchanged items. Exchange shipping fees will be made payable through Paypal.
-Regarding sale items-
Items on sale can not be returned. However, they can be exchanged for the same item in a different size if that item/size is still in stock. Buyers are responsible for shipping on exchanged items.
